At Shyama Lodge, we are committed to providing our guests with
clear, flexible, and transparent booking policies to ensure a smooth and

Booking & Modification Policy
- A non-refundable charge of ₹500 is deducted from every confirmed booking.
- Guests are allowed to modify or extend their check-in date by up to
15 days from the original booking date (subject to availability).
- No additional charges will apply for date extension within the allowed period.
Cancellation Policy
- 48 hours before check-in: Refund will be processed after deducting ₹500 per booking.
- Less than 48 hours before check-in: No refund applicable.
- No-Show Policy: If the guest does not check in, the full booking amount will be charged.
Refund Policy
- Refunds (after applicable deductions) will be processed within
7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
- Payment gateway or bank processing charges may apply.
